Once we send you the tracking number, it takes 8-10 days to ship to European countries, 9-11 days to ship to the United States, and 10-12 days to Canada.

Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of the delivery date granted that the item(s) is in its original state and with the KICSZAPA tags attached.
